In honor of Everneath by Brodi Ashton (which you can start reading on Figment), we’re getting god-like.
In Everneath, Nikki Beckett has just returned from the Everneath. She’s been drained for 100 years by an Everliving named Cole. To the world above, though, she’s only been gone 6 months. That’s still enough for the rumors to fly–gangs, drugs, prostitution. It’s enough time to make the once-love-of-her-life, Jack, cold and distant. Who cares that she’s a modern Persephone, being offered the chance at an immortal life in the underworld? Her friends and family hate her.
Every fifteen minutes today (March 9, 2012) between 12:00 p.m. EST and 2:00 p.m. EST, we’ll be tweeting out an item that is associated with a character from Greek mythology. Identify any of the characters and tweet your response between 12:00 and 2:00 using the hashtag #everneathmyth, and you’re entered to win. For every correct response, you’re entered once. One random tweeter who correctly identified and tweeted a character with the hashtag within the time frame will receive a copy of Everneath and one will receive a Figment tote bag.
