The Shatter Me Contest Finalists

In Tahareh Mafi’s debut novel, Shatter Me, Juliette’s touch can kill people. And somehow, that’s not the worst of her problems. She’s trapped in a cell with the boy who may be the love of her life, and the spooky, authoritarian government wants to use her as a weapon. Inspired by Juliette’s unfortunate gift, we challenged you to write a story in which someone’s touch causes an unexpected reaction.

You wrote and voted, and now it’s time to announce the finalists! The winners will be chosen by the Figment editors. Check out the finalists below, and wish your fellow Figs luck in the contest.
