After Short-Story Contest Finalists

The idea of the end of the world—death, destruction, chaos—is terrifying. But what happens after the end of the world? Monsters? Famine? But maybe also, hope and love and humor?

Ellen Datlow and Terri Windling challenged 19 writers to imagine what happens after the end of the world. The result is the anthology, AFTER: 19 Stories of Apocalypse and Dystopiaa collection of stories by an amazing group of best-selling and award-winning authors.
