Hysteria Short-Story Contest

Hysteria by Megan MirandaMallory killed her boyfriend, Brian, in self-defense. But she doesn’t remember exactly what happened the night he broke into her house and she finds it impossible to forgive herself. It doesn’t help that Brian’s mother is stalking her—or that his ghost haunts her dreams.

When Mallory’s parents decide to send her to Monroe, a boarding school in New Hampshire, she doesn’t put up much of a fight. Maybe a fresh start is what she needs. But secrets aren’t safe at Monroe. And while, Mallory might be trying to put the past behind her, there are others who are trying to use it against her.
