Truth & Lies Short-Story Contest Winners

MagisteriumSixteen-year-old Glen Morgan dreams of escaping her boring existence and traveling to outer space. But these dreams are dashed when her workaholic father is arrested because of his mysterious invention. It turns out, everything Glen thought was true (about her family, friends, even the government) are total lies. As she flees from her home and into the mysterious and magical world of the Magisterium, she has to completely reassess all of her beliefs.

Inspired by the secret that turns Glen’s life upside down in Magisterium by Jeff Hirsch, we challenged you to write a scene where someone learns that something they held true is actually a lie. You wrote about delicious secrets and appalling discoveries and we are now pleased to announce the winners of this contest!
