  1. There are only only two musicians I like out of these, and with both of them I’ve only heard one of their songs. Radioactive and Ho-Hay, and of course The Beach Boys are a classic. But still, I think if I had to choose between Heart and all of these pop-bands, I’d choose Heart.

  2. This is such a generalized list; some of these songs I’ve never heard of and the ones I have are over played and common placed. Summer songs should be songs we haven’t heard or new ones that pop up off the charts not songs from the “most requested list”.

  3. I know I’m late to the party, but here’s my two cents anyway…

    Mick Boogie is a fav in the actual mixtape game. His Summertime mixtape is by far the best and crosses generations and sees past fad “song of the summer” music.
