Winner of the New York Times Summer Reading Contest – Week 6

Figment editors were really excited to judge week 6 of The New York Times Summer Reading Contest. After all, we read and talk and write about fiction all the time, but we rarely run nonfiction contests on Figment, and we love nonfiction.

We read over 500 entries . . . you guys wrote about everything from Prince George to the DNA of oranges. And we came to a few conclusions:

1. You guys are smart.

2. You guys are curious.

3. You guys can write.

4. It was very hard to choose the winners.

But we managed to narrow down the bunch to our two favorites. So click over to the Learning Network Blog and see who we chose as the week 6 winner!

And let us know if the winner is a Fig!
