  1. Will the winners of Round One be posted anywhere, or are they being hidden until the end of the entire contest?

    • Hi Anthony, yes the winners from round one have been announced. Each winner will also receive an e-mail today to notify them of how much time they have to participate in round 2. Thanks!

  2. I just have a really quick question. I’m a winner from round one. For the first round we were allowed to submit multiple stories to the prompt. Is that allowed for this one, or are we only allowed one story?

    • Congrats Shelby! You are welcome to enter as many stories as you would like. We will be reading them all tagged with marchmatchup2. Good luck!

      • That is so awesome! I have a few ideas floating around my head and was dreading having to choose which one to enter. Thanks 🙂

  3. Hi, I was wondering that if you didn’t register in the last comp, can you still write something this time? Not to win anything, just to write about it ^-^

    • Absolutely! We would love to see your entries! As you mentioned, only the first 16 winners are eligible to win round 2 but please feel free to use the latest prompts. Have fun!

  4. Can I break up the quote like: “That plan didn’t fly, genius,” he said, scowling at his brother, “Now were short a turret.”
