What do you enjoy most about Figment and its community?

  • I believe what makes figment the most unique is its amazing users. They are certainly the most helpful people when it comes to writing arena. I’ve improved a lot within a very short time and I want to give full credit to my fellow figgies for that. They are friendly, supportive and simply amazing!

What is your favorite story that you have shared on Figment and why?

  • Well, I love all of my works. But my most favorite is ‘She Was Perfect’ I tried to focus on the helplessness of people with psychological disorders in the story. It’s one of my favorite area of writing. Besides, this story of mine has the highest number of hearts.

Where do you find inspiration to write and keep writing?

  • My first and most prominent source of inspiration is ,of course, figment, the amazing community! Besides I derive inspiration from my own life and surroundings. My mother never complains about my hobby of writing, so I’m grateful to her as well. My friends too inspire me a lot. Finally, I wanna thankĀ  Miller (Angeline D. Emile) and Maxwell(Millieron D. Emile). They regularly kill me for writing something new.

What is the last book that you read?

  • “Helen Keller’s Teacher” It’s the biography of Annie Sullivan, who was the teacher of Helen Keller. I’ve of course read it before, but I love to read the awesome books again and again.

Do you have any advice for other Figgies looking to improve their writing?

  • Read, read and read more. Read different types of book and don’t keep yourself confined within the world of a specific author only. Before writing something, think about the topic for at least an hour. Finally when the draft is done, read each of its line and think what you can do to make it better.

Congratulations again and thank you for sharing your talent, inspiration and advice with us! Be sure to check out some of their work below.
