Are you terrified to dissect a frog in biology? Are you giving controversial speeches in Ethics class? Do you spend French class trying to avoid actually speaking French? So much action takes place at school, even when you’re just sitting behind a desk. We’re all about going back to school this week, but we haven’t even made it into the classroom yet!
Today’s prompt: In 150 words or less, write a story set in a classroom. Tag your story BacktoSchoolFlash and SchoolFlash4. You have until 11:59 p.m. ET on Thursday, August 30 to enter.
You have 24 hours to enter a story in response to the prompt. You can enter one story for each day’s prompt. (If you respond to multiple prompts over the course of the challenge, those stories do not have to be related.)
The Figment editors will choose one winning response to each day’s prompt; that story’s writer will receive a super secret surprise book and their story will be featured on the Figment homepage!
